The PE and sport premium is a grant distributed to schools across the UK each year to improve the sport and PE lessons and extracurricular activities offered. The concept behind the grant is to improve fitness, build confidence and increase general well-being of primary school-aged pupils.
At Stifford Clays Primary School, we have ensured that this funding has been used to target and develop our current PE provision and to support our pupils participating in competitive events across the borough. In turn, this has led to the school being awarded the GOLD Sports Mark award.
